15 Random Facts About Me....

1. I am a lifetime member of Weight Watchers. (Who needs to get back to her goal weight.)
2. My most favorite color is purple.
3. I do not eat any ground or processed meat.
4. I can quirk both of my eyebrows, and waggle them back and forth. 
5. I have a "writer's bump" on my middle finger of my right hand. I always feel for it when someone asks me which direction, left or right...
6. I am a clean freak, I like my home to appear spotless, but if you open a closet, be prepared for an avalanche to assault you! Closet clutter.. haha
7. I have 2 tattoos, one on my back and one on my right ankle. (And I want more!)
8. I drink 2 cups of coffee a day, to keep the headaches away.  
9. Procrastinate is my middle name.. well, it should have been anyway. It's actually Marie. Marie should have meant procrastinate.
10. I'm close enough to 5'8" tall, that I just go with it.
11. Back in the day (high school), I was the only female in the carpentry program, it was awkward but fun.
12. I love daisies. They remind me of freshness, renewal, springtime, sunshine, and happiness.
13. I'm hungry, right now.
14. I can plug my nose with my upper lip. Look mom, no hands!
15. Is that enough weird random facts? Okay, one more.... sigh. I read many historical romance books.. I have boxes and boxes of them packed away. I even re-read the ones that I loved the most. I read about three a week. If I could have been born in another era, I'd go to Regency England.

Blog Challenge, Numero three

I fail at this blog challenge thing. I have already fallen behind, but that is mostly because I keep writing the one I'm supposed to do, and hating it sooooooo much that I delete it.

Today it will get done. I promise.

Part 3 I randomly generated the one to pick up a thesaurus and choose 10 words I like the sound of. Sounds easy enough right? Wrong! I don't have a thesaurus, or if I do, its most likely packed in a box in the deep recesses of my storage closet with all the other school related stuff I no longer use.

Urban Dictionary to the rescue! It has a thesaurus, plus I get highly amused for hours whenever I browse the site.

Alora~ Most people that know my online persona, know I go by CiaoAlora, LadyAlora or just plain Alora for various games. My husband used to call me allora quite a bit until I found out it means pretty much "hey you, girl" or some such generic saying...

Clitter~ Glitter for your vagina. Woohoo glitter! (I would not actually let glitter near my vagina, it sounds too similar to what might happen if sand got near...)

Weenis~ The skin on your elbow, or the nickname my sister likes to call me.

Cock~ A rooster. Honest.

Blog Challenge, Part II

Short Term Goals for This Month::
Goal 1. Planning a fantastic Birthday celebration for the hubby, who turns 42 this month! I need to make up for the craptasic birthday he had last year. 
Goal 2. I need a job... still.  ~Job, you shall be mine this month!!!~
Goal 3.  Organize the kids closet, I would like to see the boy's clothes and such not in plastic storage totes.. maybe a new dresser?
Goal 4. Wear yoga pants only for actual exercise.. I've become rather dependant on these sort of pants.. ugh!

50 Things I Want to Try Before I Die:

I'm writing a bucket list of things I want to do before I die. This could take awhile, lol!

1. Own a house, that has my name on the papers.
2. Get my passport.
3. See the house in Italy that Toni grew up in, and count how many layers of paint are actually on the walls.
4. Learn to drive a motorcycle.
5. Get a tattoo of my children's names, somewhere on my person.
6. Jump off a cliff, bridge, or other high place, maybe into water...
7. Design my perfect flower garden, the kind that you see in pretty pictures.
8. Grow #7 without killing it.
9. Visit the vacation house in Croatia that we helped buy, every year.
10. Travel to Europe and visit all the countries I can in one day, Road Trip!
11. Have another baby before I'm 35.
12. Be pregnant at the same time as my 2 sisters.
13. See the Mayan ruins.
14. Do the 3 day walk
15. Paint a series of art pieces to hang on my walls.
16. Go to a summer solstice event. The wild ones...
17. Take a cruise.
18. Visit the town in Oregon where I was born, and see how much has changed since I was 9.
19. Go to Disney World and Disney Land.
20. Take a road-trip to see Mardi Gras.
21. Go to a Masquerade Ball.
22. Learn Italian.

26. Visit Paris and do all the touristy things.
